the production and preparation for shipment will normally take around 3-6 days after we have received your payment. You will have to add bank holidays and weekends. Our shipping partners usually need 24 to 48 hours for deliveries within Germany. Delivery can be delayed during peak order and shipping periods. We apologize for any inconvenience. Generally we will deliver within the shorter time span provided

Advanced payment: Once you have completed your order you will automatically receive a confirmation email from mybestshirt containing the payment information for a fast bank transfer. Please always include the order number in the reference box so that we can match the payment to the correct order. After we have received your payment the mybestshirt team will process your order as fast as possible.
Immediate money transfer: Another fast and secure payment method is per PIN and TAN which you can use without having to re-register. The amount invoiced will then automatically be deducted from your bank account.

If the delivery service cannot reach you, it will leave a notification informing you about the whereabouts of your package. It might have been deposited at a neighbours.

for shipment within Germany to arrive to meet a certain deadline we
offer express delivery for an extra fee of 16.90 Euro. However, we
cannot guarantee punctual delivery at all times as unforeseen
circumstances could prevent express delivery. In such case, our staff
will contact you immediate to discuss alternatives.
